Picked up the built/locked axles in Grand Junction

There has to be a way to rebuild them so they suck less...
At the end of the day it’ll still be a 50-year-old bench that only slides forward and backward when there are tons of options that tilt both top and bottom, have adjustable lumbar, built in shoulder belts, some even heat and cool.
Depends on how much you value your back and posterior. Or if you’re after a 100-point restoration to oem specs.
