Found a nice poser rock to do some flex testing.

Drove up to 4 Peaks for a bbq. This area burned last summer. The burn scar is patchy and really not that bad in most spots. There's new growth in the burn area already too.

Thanks. These 40s are so nice and easy to rebuild.

Went down to Tucson today to pick up some parts. Thanks to Rocky_LC for some steering parts I needed.

Checked out the old SASCO smelter too. It was a big operation from 1900 to about 1930. Supposedly 700 people lived out here too. Now it's just foundations, slag waste rock, and graffiti

Pretty much been hiding out working on my 74 FJ40 resto. Most of the forest were closed and are just starting to reopen now. Need to get out soon.

In the meantime, I picked up a elocker rear axle from a 98 Land Cruiser. It's super rusty but it's got what I need. I also plan to swap in the slightly thicker sway bar.

Save the drivers side shaft for me if you haven’t tossed it already 👍
