The rained stopped and we headed down the trail.

The trail was the roughest I have ever seen it. Was really fun though. Just a small bit of grindage.

The camp spot at the end up top is a great reward. 7100ft of beautiful fresh AZ forest. The view is nice too.

In the morning, we hit another short trail. Then we headed home. Good times.

Took a break from the 74 40 resto and headed to the mountains. It's rained alot this summer and everything is super green. We had a nice cruise through the woods before the storm moved in.

At about 7400 ft is was beautiful in the low 70s.........

Makes that oven you live in great to be able to run to those temperatures

Was the last picture taken of the 300 road. Not sure Crown King which is closer to the valley is 7,400'? LX does make for a nicer ride than the LV to get there.

I was on Mt Union at about 7400 ft. The peak is 7979 ft.
Yes, the LX is a much nicer ride than the LV.

Did you take the back way to Crown King to get there? Wondering the condition of that trail. Once back in the valley only available 4X4 is my wife's stock 5th gen 4Runner.

Nope......the back way to CK is so over run with SXS's, I stay away from there on the weekends. We went in thru Mayer.
