65 the heater was a option in the US market. I've had two 65, both 45s (LV&LP-B) neither had the heater. Not sure of the VIN on the LV as I sold it over ten years ago but my LP-B is a early 65. Biggest give away I can think if is it has the longer running boards which was a 65 model change as well as LP-B started with 65 model. 65 was the only year with the diagonal fresh air inlet on the side of the cowl. My guess is Toyota figure this way LHD and RHD could use the same one. Just needed to spot weld the blank off on opposite side for LHD and RHD models.
