Consider me very interested.
I really like the final design you have on the Tacoma. The flow of the rack from the bed to the roof rack looks incredible.

Couple teaser pics of the first 100 rack!
Prototype will be at HIH next week.
Thanks @IHScoutII75 for letting me use his rig again for a model!
(The pics are of my 100 for mock up)

Wow that's intense. Great job.

So here are a few more details on the rack.

First off it's all aluminum!
Weighs about 45-50 lbs.
there are 4 stationary load bars that bolt directly to the roof using 8 mouting brackets to the factory mounting points.
The rack will come with come with 5 load bars, up to 6 additional ajustable bars can be added.
The rack will also come with 10 nut plates for the undersides of the load bars for easy mounting of accessories though the slots.
As with my other products this is a completely modular design so shipping will be relatively inexpensive.
There will be a solid and 40" light bar front fairing option,
I'm not sure about the weight limit yet but I'm 220 lbs and could stand in the center of a single load bar with very little deflection. The oval cutouts along the sides are there for tie down points, the production rack will have 2-3 longer cutouts to be used as grab handles.
I do plan on making several different accessories that will work on both the roof rack and rear swingout bumper.
The base price for the rack above will be $1000.
I do not recommend coating the load bars but black powder coating for all side skirting and front and rear fairings will be an option, likely $75-100 but need to confirm.

Here is a list of options that are currently in the works.

Additional load bars,
Awning mount,
Quick mount rtt load bars,
Round load bars for Yakima accessories,
Ajustable ell brackets for securing loads,
Quick mount accessories mounts for maxtracks, rotopax, axe, ect.
High-lift mount,
Extended rtt fairing,
Wire management of some kind,
Rear load roller,
Aluminum roof basket,
Lockable aluminum dry box,
And more.

I will be finalizing the rack as soon as I get back from 100 in the hills and start production soon after.
The first 10 racks should be done beginning of September.
Pm me if you would like to get in on the first batch.
If there are more than 10 that's fine as well, I can up my order with the laser cutter.
Thanks!
Ben.

My rear spoiler aka tailgate whale tail hits my roof top carrier. It looks like the angle you fabricated would allow for both the earlier model LC spoiler you have as well as the later model LC/LX spoiler to fully open without interference. Is this correct?

That's the goal but have yet to confirm, worst case I will just make a different rear fairing for the larger spoiler.
Will test when I get back from HIH.

Ben, have you powder coated any of the racks yet? I'd love to see one black or gray... oooh - or black and gray ;-)

How difficult will it be to take on and off
