100 Series Attic Shelf Bracket Availability (5 Viewers)

I have some of the @Delta VS DIY brackets in my 80 series but really could use some in my wife's kid-hauling, grocery-getting 2002 LX470. I know that the handles can vary from year to year.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? As Spring gets closer and closer we are starting to plan our outings and increasing internal storage in the Mall Cruiser is going to be paramount.

I cannot speak with full certainty, but I have spoken with @BenCC about this and he has it somewhere on his list of things to begin offering. Perhaps if we can generate some significant interest, and more design ideas, it will move closer to the top...

That’d be cool. I thought that all of @BenCC ’s stuff was 3D printed. Are metal brackets available as well from him. Would the 3D stuff be stout enough? I give the shelf in my 80 hell regularly stuffing things into the gap.
Love the idea of generating enough interest for one of our illustrious vendors to bring something to the market. And on the quick too!

All my stuff are 3D printed. I was planning to design a rack with 3D printed fixtures that attached to where the handles were and use cord and fabrics in between to hold stuff.

this weekend i set out to build an attic rack that would- 1- still allow room for my 2 large dogs to fit in the back w/ head space 2- not block the ceiling vents for them 3- store small items, shoes, bike pump, towels, etc. (nothing too heavy) 4- use items i already had I ended up using a wire...

In my feeble attempt to research prior to posting, I read through this one. Unfortunately, my LX has PS handle pointing down and a DS handle pointing in. Also, I would prefer something a little more refined.

Yep. I’m the last post on that thread. Currently waiting on @LandCruiserPhil to hit me in 2 of his threads. The other one being the 80 series rock rails that he used to sell. I think he had to bug out or something and has had limited availability of late.

I agree! It can’t be that big of a deal (to people who are proficient in mechanical-design) to modify / invent / outright borrow from the available 80 series stuff. For sure I would take 3 sets.

There is indeed still hope. We are just finishing up a few BIG projects that will hopefully be ready for production shortly, which will free up some time.
