I've got an HD-FT non EGR. It has the stock exhaust system with the cannon end pipe. I couldn't stand it, so we cut it off and welded a 3 inch pipe on.
Not sure, but it feels I lost a bit of power/performance. Anyone got same experience or got the knowledge to enlighten me? Before and after pictures below:
