Due for some UCA (and LCA) ball joints... Thinking about ditching for aftermarket.

I see Slee just released their UCA. Any takers/review yet? Price point seems better than that of Total Chaos... But wanted to get feedback on both first if anyone has been down that road.

Slee's are out? For the 100?

Proof please, I don't see that they have released them.

Technically they are not Slee UCA's but SPC Performance. Slee will probably be the only vendor for them though.

Rest assured when Christo releases them they will be top shelf. He was testing a prototype set on his 100 during 100's in the Hills this year. I would recommend waiting a little longer if you can.

Thanks Paf!

I love my Total Chaos UCA's. I wanted the SPC's but I didn't have the time. I saw the prototypes out in Colorado with Stan, they looked great! I'm running quite a bit of extra travel, boots do not fair well with my truck at angles, so ditching the boot was a huge plus.

Would that be the green 100 with the crazed driver that topped the obstacle that 8 other 100's could not? Was it the control arms or was it the man?

I have Total Chaos UCA's brand new in box for sale... they would go great on your truck and you too could do the Rubicon ! :D

There was nothing controlled about that climb. Not the arms or the man. :poof:

I think his eyes were even closed.......;)

All the more reason everyone should do their best to make 100's in the Hills this year. Crazy drivers, prototype 100 series gear, cool folks..... it's THE place to be this summer.

Sweet, I like that price point. Mud may take all 50 pair by the end of the year given the interest expressed so far!

Per Christo - they were supposed to take delivery yesterday on 50 units. Should be in any day now. Pricing is slated to be just slightly higher at ~$560 a pair.

I have my name on a set. Should be on the LC next week.

I'd be interested in your opinion of the difference in performance. You going to install yourself or have Slee do it?

In for installed photos!

^ Unchanged due to cv and steering end angle limitations. The biggest advantage (goal) is the additional caster adjustability.

It's possible to add 2" of down travel and 1" of up travel. However it has severe consequences. I'm fighting the added travel right now. It is not worth it to be honest.
