Been trying to get track info from Pandora to display and have been unsuccessful so far. Using a Pixel 2 XL (Android) on a 2017 Land Cruiser. I've connected to other Toyota vehicles the same age or older and had them display the info. Pic to show blank info. Any ideas??
Now pary of the 200 family!
Found a very clean '17 classic silver 200 and pulled the trigger. There aren't any signs of wear...not even mall door dings! No dirt or rust underneath. Truck was originally sold in San Diego and spent the next 3 years in Orange County fetching groceries.

So... About 90% sure I'm going from a 100 to a 200 in the near future and been doing some research.
Believe the only major difference between the 14/15 and 16+ is the transmission. Of course the 14/15 is more budget friendly but looking to justify the additional $10k on a '16-'18 rig.
Any...
Well... I'm on the 200 forum so I realize the opinion here is going to be to make the jump to 200 but there are a couple questions here.
Currently have an '04 and might end up with a 23' Airstream weighing in 4500lbs. 100 series is rated at about 6000lbs so I know it would tow it but would...
This kit was used for about a year on an 06 Tundra DCab until I upgraded to ICONs. It's in great shape and is only missing one of the nuts on a strut extension. Nut would be easily sourced. Site says it covers until 07 but I think that might be for the Sequoia since Tundra was redesigned for 07...
Looking to sell new SL3Sat-L w/ Tuner Kit.
Was purchased for '04 LX470 along with the SL3B bluetooth adapter. Vais said the two should have been able to work together so that I could run Sat radio and stream BT. I was able to get both of them to work solo but not when connected in series. Ran...
Searched on this topic and have been unable to find.
I get an annoying scratching or static sound out of the left front door speaker about 50% of the time. Happens at all volume levels including zero and will occur on AM/FM, CD, BT phone call, and now BT streaming audio. (happened prior to...

I know there are many threads on this but figured since the JL many seem to be using is discontinued, I tried something different.
My sub was beyond foam repair as there is an open on the voice coil...tested with meter.
Not many options for a good quality, low cost 6.5" 8ohm woofer out there...
Been wheeling an 80 series for the last 10+ years and love the rig. Before that it was 3 Tacomas and an 87 PU.
With my family dynamic changing (Brady Bunch'd so now it's me + my 2 kids and sig other + her 2 kids. ) and the need to consolidate to one DD/Adventure rig, it was decided to go...
Jasper Trail by Vistataco posted Jan 2, 2018 at 2:05 PMWell... thinking about making the jump to 100 Series. Looking to get more room for family and to tow small travel trailer. I figure a built 100 series should be able to do about 70% of what my 80 can do off road and that will be good enough...

I was cruising along across a desert wash at about 35mph and kicked up a rather large rock with the front tire that flew back and directly impacted the rear diff actuator assembly. It bent the assembly back into the spring perch and cracked the mounting...

Helping a friend replace the head gasket on his 62 series. Never done this before and first discovery is wow...the head is heavy!
After removing the head, it appears that cyl 5 (front to back) is where the failure occured. The top of the piston looks like it has been cleaned off from burning...
Alright, maybe my hands and arms are too big but how the F do you install and tighten the nuts on the 2 studs closest to the door? I cant get in thru the air intake hole or from the gap in front of the door. Am I missing something here?
So i had a pretty good Christmas week. 12/23 I lost control in my Tundra while traveling too fast in the mud down Mule Canyon in Calico and smashed the front end into the canyon wall... $4800 in damage.

So we were driving out of Kennedy Meadows after running Sherman Pass and a bunch of other side roads when the 80 just died like it ran out of gas. Checked everything I could think of in the fuel system then finally thought to check the fuses. Well, it popped the 15A EFI fuse...definately not...
Dropped off the 80 at Jason's shop to get the front bumper done. Here are the preliminary results of the skin. Still a ways to go but it's taking shape.
