Dropped off the 80 at Jason's shop to get the front bumper done. Here are the preliminary results of the skin. Still a ways to go but it's taking shape.

Tell him to make two of those......hehehe!

That looks great! I was on the phone with them yesterday inquiring about the same exact bumper and they told me about yours in the shop. Can't wait to see it finished!

Basically taking the FJ / Tacoma bumper skin and doing some trimming and widening on it.

Sweet!!

DO flat top bumper are bad ar$e! I would have gotten one for my FJ but got awsome deal on my All Pro (now sold). I wonder if Jason would fab up some tube or hybrid sliders for an 80. I loved my tube DO sliders!

We did the sliders on mine and they were pretty much a one off. He said the frame makes his style sliders labor intesive and its only worth doing if there was a high demand. Not really a high demand since the market is pretty well flooded.

Woah...one off Demello crafted armor. Right on!!!

It helps to have connections. :grinpimp:

Jason has a great team there at DO. Even better now that Arien is gone! Just kidding. Mudloving is great!

I had the three hoop on my FJC and loved it. The only odd thing to me was the angle the fairlead sat at.

Then a couple more progress shots:

Then...he has seen me drive and knows that I am hard on bumpers so it is getting tube reinforcement behind the skin.
