You're not the only one I've heard this from. My CSF radiators have held up well (first one most likely only failed because I slipped and clunked my knee onto the upper tank with most of my weight behind it) though, so at least there's one good OEM grade radiator out there without having to fork over big bucks for a high performance unit like the Ron Davis.
Man it really sucks that Koyorad only makes radiators for 80 series and up. They are pretty much the defacto aftermarket radiator in the japanese car community. Mishimoto is a step better than CSF but koyorad is without a doubt the best. maybe we should send them a cad file and be like hey make and sell these haha

Ron Davis and FSR are my go to radiators.

I've run a few Mishimoto models and fit/alignment could have been better.

Flipped 80 axle is in progress for the Tundra drivetrain build.

New knuckle balls, coil buckets, radius arm brackets and shock mounts.

Need to weld up the old drain and vent ports and modify for the new ones.

Made a quick flip jig to help with the alignment bar and set up.

Very nice. I never considered that as an option. I’m sure it could be done with a 40 axle as well?

Ron Davis are pricey but the fit is good. Probably because Ron is local to me and in the late 90's I dropped a 40, 55 and 60 radiator off to him so he
could start building cruiser radiators. There was nothing before that and the factory radiators had trouble keeping up with V-8 swaps in AZ. He worked
drawings off stock radiators,in hand, rather than someone else's CAD drawing. Still the square footage of a 40 radiator was too small so I generally used his 28193 which adds almost 40% to the surface area in comparison to a stock 40. I sold kits through Manafre for nearly 20 yrs to mount them in 40s

I use Ron Davis in all my builds. They just plain work. Both 60s and 80s anything over 35-40MPH and the fans are no longer needed.

Direct fit to 60 and 80 series, I tell him how I want it configured and that is about it. Call them on the phone.

All custom? I emailed them this week and got nothing back
Just call them. the Cruiser radiators don't move fast enough to stock a bunch of them but they get one out very quickly. They'll add
trans coolers if you need or change hose fittings for you or other minor modifications.
