Got the perimeter/shape down, now to set up the CNC bender and make the main frame out of DOM tube.

Using 40 hinges and I have a few NOS 40 toggle latches.

1/4" backer plate behind the body sheet metal.

Those need a JIS cross point on the end! Probably much more expensive than laser cutting flat steel though.
