A little time in the blast cabinet makes a world of difference
I have been dreading replacing my hinges. Awesome tip!Setting doors on a 60. If you're done this you know how time consuming and sometimes frustrating it can be to get everything aligned. Drill two 1/8 holes in each plate before you take the doors off. Body side of the job is pre aligned going back together. Worked like a charm!
Max the 55 is getting closer.
Oh I'd be chuckling like Scut Farkus opening all that fun stuff up.....I'm like a kid at Christmas! Laser cut parts and 1"-8 ACME threaded rod for the frame table.
Fabricators, check out Sendcutsend.com If you can draw it in 2D on a CAD layout that works for them, they can cut, bend, tap holes etc.. Enlarge that photo and figure out how long it would take you to make those parts in your shop. Almost all of it is 1/4" plate. All the small holes in the square plates and the oval plates are tapped.
