I'm mostly over on the 100 board, but this popped up in my CL search last night. If someone is looking for a project, seems kind of hard to go wrong at this price? What say the 80 series experts?

I'm from Massachusetts and this doesn't look too too bad. A lot of the time, the rust will just be at the rear of the vehicle, various oil leaks having preserved the forward sections. If the frame is good in front of the rear wheels then it probably priced right. That said, it's $5k worth of sh!+ work to get her baselined and ready for service so you're not saving any money unless you are doing a bad job. And double that estimate if you're paying someone else to do the work.
