Hi all
I took my truck today for an alignment after removing AHC and lifting it a bit.
The guy at the shop said that he couldn't get the caster fully to spec. The closer he got them was 1.5° on the left side and 1.1° on the right.
How bad is that? Should I be worried?

Thanks in advance.

It will be twitchy at speed. If you get some SPC UCAs you can dial in as much caster as you want. It will be a huge improvement. I’m running nearly +4.

SPC, Total Chaos, or similar adjustable UCA's will solve your issue :)

But in the mean time, would I have any issues? Uneven thread wear? Steering issues?

Your caster is okay, just not great. Many have driven for years like that. But UCA's that can correct caster will be a definite improvement.

Wothin a year I will have to change the upper ball joints, I will just change the UCA altogether.
