Temps rising in AZ so got 1/2 of aux fan kit from @LandCruiserPhil installed. So far so good, but now comes the hard part for the electrically challenged, that's me...no ideas where any of the wires go. Go ahead, laugh.

Actually it is very easy to install. Being 2018 and all, the kit is wireless.

Was busy getting to a customer’s house out in the boonies. Didn’t have time to get gas. Oops.

Decided to empty the Jerry cans one of the caps was broken. I hear it’s difficult to find new gas lids...

Ordered this yesterday to replace my 65w Siemens. The 65w doesn’t seem to keep up with the power hog that is a cheapo Edgestar fridge.

Hit up @VidereStudios for sceptre parts he got me a new flange and gasket for my cap which is what looks like you need not a whole cap.

The piece inside the cap that holds the o ring broke free from the cap. The gasket and o ring are a few months olds.

The piece inside is the flange I recently replaced mine a couple months ago it pops out was it a viton gasket the original gaskets are meant for diesel and will shrink when gas is put in the tank causing the plastic ring on the flange to break. Hence the need for a viton gasket it's common for them to break when I was in the Army we put all kinds of fluids in them.

Random errands today. Headed to “the spa” next week for some transfer case work, et cetera.

:hmm:

Second kid is done with college now...

that fan won't do much get fan from suzuki vitara it is 14 " and if you move the horn it fits perfect in that hole and you can use Volvo ran relay super easy to wire

The fan is from a LC 100 series and quite a few folks have them in love them here, where it gets kind of hot in the summer o_O

Put it up for sale on Craigslist...

Schweet! I did not know this! I will hit him up! Thanks!

Finally got my King’s 2.5s installed! The ride firmed up but not harsh. The zipties have been replaced with hose clamps and yes I need to upgrade my rear sway bar links.

The fox 2.0 served me well until my LX got really heavy. The king probably takes more than twice the force to compress compared to the fox, complete bitch to install solo thanks to that. Anyone with a near stock rig need new shocks? They are in good condition with no leaks.

Any shock with a remote reservoir is pressurized and a pain in the butt to install!! ;)

Please report back with your results of the King's. I'm in the market for some 2.5" shocks soon.

Mounted my CVT Mt Rainier! Had to mount it off the front a bit to make enough room for my 2 can water carrier and propane carrier.

Used this technique and worked like a charm

I removed the well worn leather steering wheel cover on my LX expecting to find a beef jerky like wheel under it..... only to discover a near mint unit kept in preservation! Thank you PO!

I feel like I need to drive with white gloves on now...

Replaced washer nozzles... "while I was in there" I threw on some hood blackout..

They say all the cool kids are doing it, I'll give it a few weeks and decide if it's a keeper or not.....

Steering shaft seal and shifter bezel bulb. Didn't even know those guys illuminated. Everytime I do something small it's a brand new cruiser again.
