Those look like one-off doors. I think you’ll find you will need custom made uppers.

Where would I go to get custom ones made?

You’ll probably need a combination of metal fab for the frame and upholstery for the fabric/windows.
Check out a build @Cirbo did with custom soft uppers. He may be able to share some info on the process for him.
I don’t remember how deep into the thread it is but probably near the end.

Dom is on the money (pun intended). I fabricated the soft top frames out of 3/8" rod and had the fabric and windows sewn by a soft top fabricator who builds for the Land Rover Defender community.
