Is you axle in stock location. Just curious. Looking good. I had to play with mine a bit to get it just right to keep the shock bushings from getting destroyed.
Yep, the tcase and birfs are the weak links. I run sm420, dana 20 tcase with 2.46:1 low range and 4.88's and smaller tires. I gave up on offset rear output tcases on my trail friendly 40. I centered the rear diff.

Haha mine was narly and rusty and crusty. I popped the clutch in low gear with ebrake on and it grabbed drum real good and twisted off the 4 little bolts that hold the backing plate on and rapped my ebrake cable all around the shaft as it spun...
I did them like this on the front I have them on top of axle on the rear there on the bottom side. I use the same length shocks front and rear. It just worked out that way by chance
