Okay I starting to put the the windshield wiper motor on and noticed that I have an extra hole (large) in the center of the window frame. For the life of me I can figure or remember what goes there!

Any ideas? Attached are pictures for your review...

When you put your hardtop on, you will need those holes because that is where you drill the screws for the hard top.

If you are talking about the hole in the middle, my 73 does not have that hole.

Really. I actually went to the sor website. Apparently, its a rubber grommet for access of somesorts.

My '76 had the windshield pisser mounted on the hood. My '79 and '83 have it mounted on the center top of the windhield frame.

the gromet is oval shape and offset to the passanger side, its used to get to the window washer on latter models.

my 82 has the washer on the top of the frame, but a dummy washer on the hood
