I run a bikini top and a factory repo top from the middle east on my BJ74.
Here's from my thread for the bikini.
I used a top for a 1987-1995 Jeep Wrangler. Reason $83 shipped for everything. If it doesn’t work, I’m not out much.
I used the smittybilt extended top and CJ/YJ header bar.

. I grabbed some screws for the top as well.
So I have an FRP fiberglass windshield, so no worries about rust. The Jeep windshields are completely flat and the 70 series slightly curved. I put a few relief cuts and bent it slightly back to better match the windshield curve. One I slipped on the saw and took a bigger chunk.

On the back there is already a threaded hole to attach the back straps. On the Jeep you just hook this under a ledge.

Velcro straps go around the bars from windshield to main roll hoop.

Same Velcro and pull strap on the back oem rollbar.

Good luck! Loved the bikini top setup.
Recently saw this fella on youtube do a quick review and test....
Went the Terrazul route for a Bimini this spring. Andre was great to work with. Fit is great. No drilling or fitment issues. Ends up costing more than the SOR Fam top or SmittyBuilt tops though. Think I'm in about $420 US with shipping from Portugal to Oregon.
Looks like a factory option its pretty neat! Do you think the exposed webbing/nylon strapping will hold up in the sun?
Heya! Took off my frp top and looking for a bikini top that will fit. Maybe a bronco or jeep? I saw the options on previous post. Just wondering if anyone tried something else as well.
