sorry if I missed it and yes I know I'm late to the party but in regards to painting the lower half to match, did you do it yourself or have a shop do it?

I painted it with a base/clear coat with Duplicolor rattle cans, in the same color code as the car. I have a compressor, but it was broken at the time. In the process if adding a second floor loft and a 220v 2 phase compressor and a lift among other things to the garage now.

Snowed a foot and a half today in the city. 0 plows, this thing owns the road, now on 285 all terrain tires.

Still need to find time to finish this. Also have a full bull bar, led light bar, led fogs, all weather floor mats, and new leather seats for the fronts.

Sadly the car may be for sale as I am getting a new SUV at the beginning of the year. Feel free to PM me if interested in the car in the next few months. May end up keeping it as the new SUV not really a utility vehicle. So If I sell this, it will get replaced by a work truck.

Out of the 3 different tires you've ran on the 20's - which have you been most happy with?

What size and brand tires are in the last pics in the snow? 285/55?

Nice looking truck!

They are 285/60 R20 A/T

The 285/60 tires are 1000% better than the 305 mud terrains. The 305's plus the heavy sidewall overwhelmed the steering rack, and ruined the driving experience. Putting the lighter and skinnier tires on changed it back to feeling like a luxury truck.

is the color code Black 202?

Just moved to Colorado (Fort Collins area now after having stayed in Centennial for a few weeks, because I'm working in Windsor), was curious to know what/where this local Toyota yard is? I need a few parts for the 01 LC I just bought...

Wow, more Northern Colorado Cruisers!
Where are you working in Windsor?
What parts do you need for your '01?
We just picked up a '99.
Have you found the Horsetooth 4 Wheelers: CO/WY- Horsetooth 4 Wheelers Cruiser Club

Curious what size spacers you are running behind the 20s?

Looks great .. very stealth. Nice to see you back on the LX projects.

Is that a 1200 lb winch I see poking through there?

Now paint that rear bumper or get one of Ben's rear bumpers he's designing.

It is a 12,000lb winch you see peeking through there. Painting the lower belt line trim and rear bumper with the same spray on bed liner that I painted the bumper with....

Ordered some 305/55/20 Nitto AT2; do you think I'd need spacers? I'm getting mixed reviews based on the type whether or not I should expect these to rub. Not a lot of 20s out there in the forum :/

What size wheel and offset are you going to run?

Based on what I've found online (bought 4 brand new 2016 20'' Tundra Wheels for $200; thought that was a steal - see them for $500+ online) they're:

Offset: 60
Width: 8"
Diameter: 20"
