2 cash for clunkers trucks showed up on craigslist in LA this week. No affiliation on either. But I did actually see the grey 60 up in Ventura (at the Saturn dealership) back in August. It looked to be pretty solid, other than having "clunker" spray painted on the windshield.
Anyway, it looks like the same yard has both of these, a 60 and a 62 in the san fernando valley.

I know it's not a Landcruiser but it is a Toyota! I have a 1999 Toyota Camry that has been my wifes daily driver for several years. 4 cylinder car and gets 30mpg plus. It currently has 235,xxx miles and has been maintained well. I have changed the oil every 3,000 miles and have recently had the timing belt, water pump, and other belts changed for the second time. This was done at the 215,000 mile mark. The car isn't perfect but would make a good teen driver car or an extra car. It also has pretty new tires and a good interior. I have a clean Gerogia title in hand and ready to go.

1985 Fj-60 Land Cruiser project that needs completed. Has a 1986 6.2 liter military diesel engine (which I'm told means it has a hardened crankshaft) that is mounted in the vehicle and mated up to a New Venture 4500 5-speed overdrive transmission. Tons of extra parts including a brand new radiator, extra set of injectors and glowplugs and much, much more. I've run out of time and know I'll never get around to completing the work on this vehicle so I'm letting her go. $2000 takes the vehicle and all the extra parts that go with it. I took a walk around the FJ25 and its in pretty good condition tub is all good! he has had it stripped and has a coating that stops it from rusting.. the only parts I could see rusted out were the bottoms of the rear Q panels and a little rust on the one side of the rocker panels...
It has been slowly rebuilt and has 2 new tires and wheels which look...

SOLD!!! Looking to sell my 1997 Lexus LX 450 with 169K miles and a salvaged title. I recently bought this, but need cash. The rig is in great shape, leather interior, third row, power everything, aftermarket alarm with remote start, factory lockers and they work well and engage fast. The 4.5 has great power and seems to have been kept up. The PO said he just changed pads and rotors. The only thing I have done is change the oil, add brighter headlights and I had the interior professionally detailed. Recently repainted (decent job) a couple of spots I noticed had drips.
The story on the salvage is vandalism. Apparently it had the interior thrashed and the exterior keyed. This was all replaced.
