1996 Tacoma in great shape. Has different tires and rims currently than in picture. I changed to 15x8 steel rims with 32 inch Dayton Timberline M/Ts that used to be on my land cruiser. Rides much much smoother with these tires now. I pulled the carpet out to rhino line it but never did. I still have the carpet. Tool box stays with the truck. Sony CD player installed. Good little pick up, good on gas. Cold A/C, Fog lights, etc. Come see it and drive it. Has brand new exhaust, O2 sensor, tune up, etc. Odometer reads 150k, truck has 180k, speedometer went out so I had to change it. Selling it for what I have in it. Only reason I am selling is that I have 2, 2 seater cars and my land cruiser that isn't economical. Thanks -Nick

like the tiltle says Its an 87. 12ht turbo diesel 5 speed. vacumm shift 4wd. the body has 202,000, and the motor a little over 88,000 miles on it . the purchaser will get the 12ht toyota engine repair manual, the toyota fsm for that year, 5 oil filters and 5 fuel filters.
added mods. new OME 3" suspension including shocks and steering dampener, 4" shackle front with 5" in rear. kaymar rear bumper with tire swingout. bfg 33x9.50 AT with about 10,000 miles on them. 5 tires all the same size new spare never used. maplight, sor seat covers none of the seats are torn, tuffy console, rubber mat from spector in the back. the motor doesnt leak or burn any oil between changes. gets an avarage about 21 to 23 miles a gallon in town 25 to 27 on...

I am posting this for my brother. His son was driving it to high school and ran the oil out of the engine. The local mechanic says it needs an engine and it's about a 20+ hour job. Neither my brother or I is a mechanic, so it needs to go, but it's really too nice to s****. I didn't notice any rust, and it has decent wheels and tires (maybe 30% tread left). Used engines can be found for around $350, so I'm told. Brother's name is Ron. Cell # is seven 01 seven 30 40 two 7. This must be gone within a week or so and is located in Fargo,ND. $600 or BEST OFFER!! Someone give this thing the attention it needs.

Had my truck stolen, and now am trying to buy a truck with the cash left over from insurance settlement. Good news....I have the cash. Bad news....I need to make is buy a dependable 4x4 with 4 seat belts. That means "management rust only" and no project rigs.

I'm looking to get back into yotas. So, I'm looking for a pretty well built first gen 4runner or a first or second gen pickup. My last rig had IFS: must be solid front axle. Ideally, the rig would have a fairly low mile 22re, 5 speed, dual transfercase setup, with full detroit or ARB lockers front and rear, 35-37" tires w/ beadlocks, bumpers and sliders with either an exo or interior cage, and harness seats w/ harnesses. I don't care too much about the exterior condition, as long as there isn't bad rock rash or rust, or the interior, as long as it isn't thrashed. Winch, c/b, etc. are a plus. Must be registered and able to pass smog. I'll be using the rig for a combination of off-roading and driving to camp sites, etc, so it...
