Unfortunately, I have too many toys so up for sale is my 1997 Toyota FZJ80 Land Cruiser. It has 127,000 miles and has been meticulously maintained. And before we get any further, it does not have lockers. Bummer. What it does have is a clean body, engine, drivetrain, and interior. It is sporting an Old Man Emu 2.0 inch suspension system front and rear with a 850s front and 863 heavies in the back. This suspension is plush and is like no other off road. It has an ARB winch bull bar (unfortunately, no winch) with a pair of PIAA Pro 80 XT pencil beams. These are the brightest deer spotters short of HID and are wired into a stock switch on the dash...

Truck has 175k miles and is green.
The Good: Factory lockers and a recently rebuilt front axle. New Birfs. Tires are ok. Has new speakers in all four doors. Comes with 4 extra rims. third row in good shape.
The Bad: Leather, oil leak in the front (don't know where from), and there is water getting in from somewhere. front bumper has seen a few winters in an area that sands and needs some TLC.
The Ugly: There is a spot on the hood that needs to be painted becuase the PO had a wind deflector on it but could not be bothered to replaced the worn out buttons that keep it from rubbing on the hood. Also, there are small bubbles that appear to be the start of clearcoat failing.
The carpet is in pretty good shape...

Looking for a very nice 80 series. Located 15 minutes south of Chattanooga, TN. I am open from stock to modified. ARB winch bar, snorkel, sliders and rear a plus. I would consider a correctly installed ARB locker system but prefer factory e-lockers. I'm a factroy fan. Nice clean interior. Good to excellent body with no rust. I've spent too many evenings listening to my fj-40s rust. Prefer the original wheels. Should be pm'd or as close as it can get.

Hi, I'm thinking about selling my FJ80, again this is a feeler i'm not sure quite yet trying to see how i'd do. I bought the car from the original owner who was local to me about 4 months ago. He bought it new obviosly and barely drove it and kept in in amazing shape and very well, regularly maintained. While I've had the truck i've made what i think are some really nice mods. This is the lowest mileage fj80 and the last year made which is always the best so thats why i spent the money to get it, truck still drives like new, i sincerely mean that, transmission is smooth and low range and oem locker works very well. Been browsing around for a few months and finally looking to pickup a FZJ80.
I am very flexible on price and I am willing to pay a premium on a premium truck(within reason).
here are a few of the must have;
-Working front/rear lockers
-Rust free(very minor surface rust is ok)
Also open to modified trucks(lifts/bumpers/skidplates ect..)
Preference on color is white/silver/gray/black, don't like red

im going to offer this up for sale at first.
it will make a great wheeler if you dont care about cosmetics so much, would make an excellent platform for a caged truggy or **** just chop it up and cage it for a cheap buggy.
what i am keeping off of it are the lift and wheels. everything else will go with it.
add stock springs and MAF spacers and have a LCOG trail thrasher.
id like to get $2500 with stock springs or if get enough interest ill part it out.
got this truck because it drives great, and looks like ****.
it gets driven daily and has a solid powertrain and drivetrain.
exterior is rough with lots of dents and a passenger door handle missing. its been flopped on both sides.

Interior is perfect, front drivers seats have been covered for most of it's service life.

8/26/2011 --- Second Last Chance --- South Texas drought forces me to reconsider selling. Need cash to buy cows hay, or they will be up for sale too. Mileage is 211,XXX. Recently replaced A/C evaporator, expansion valve, recharge, etc... ($650.00 expense. A/C blows cold.) Condition pretty much the same as previously described, with an additional 10K miles on the speedo and normal wear. Any takers at $5500.00 cash and firm?

Interested in a clean FJ80 (not FZJ80), stock is good but prefer a mild (not wild) build e.g. ARB front, winch, OME, &c. Color not important, but two-tone would be swell. No non-easily-repairable dents, need to baseline quickly. Lockers not necessary.
The price of any vehicle will not I guess make it really worth too much distant travel or too far shipping, within a reasonable area to Denver, CO.
