I am forced to sell my Toy FJ60. I just finished the SOA in June 2011 and shes running very good. Due to too many vehicles, I need to sell her.
SOA (with reverse shackle) was done using all good parts; Ruff stuff perchs and hardware. Marlin Crawler high steer, SS brake lines, new Bilstein 5150 shocks. Hubs were rebuilt, rotors turned and new brake pads.
Stock motor; 260k but does not smoke runs great!
Has recent tune-up, Toyota plugs, Toyota air filter, Toyota oil filter, new toyota plug wires, New Toyota distributor cap, Toyota rotor, Optima Red Top battery.
New flowmaster 3 chamber muffler and new exhaust from the cat back.

290 k runs well needs some work. Lots of new parts go with. 4 new tires less than 20 miles. Tranny shifts solid. Windows all work. Body fair. It spent most of it's life out west. Interior very nice. No cracks in dash. Parts it will need that I don't have. 1. Birfield seals. Four shocks. Exhaust from the rear y back. Frame is solid. Pittsburgh area.
I have a stock 1984 Fj60 with a 2F engine and 4 speend trans, it is very good condition and well taken care of. The vehicle is cleean, the seats and door panels have been redone, and it runs good.The A/C blows cold and the hearter works very well. The vehicle has almost new tires, the tread on the tires would be about 85 to 90% life left. Four wheel drive system works great, the water pump and upper and lower radiator hoses have been replaced about 5 months ago. It has 265,000 mile on it and has always had its oil changes done on it. We are selling this 1990 FJ62 it was purchased in Delaware and has been store out in 29 Palms Ca. I have replaced the fan clutch and all the belts, The AC pump is frozen and I have a replacement. Motor runs good but we are having a problem with the trans going into reverse the Cruiser drives but again the trans is slipping. Everything electrical works fine, Interior is in fair shape. Not a perfect rig, perfect for using. Looks like the right side was repainted, not Freedom red on drivers side. No huge rust problems. CA rig it's whole life.

Runs and drives like it should, trans shifts smooth and motor pulls strong. Has good bfg all terrains. Drive anywhere. 4x4 works great. Small front seal oil leak maybe a drop every couple days. All rubber good. Couple small rust spots starting to show. Original interior in near perfect condition no rips. Looks really good get alot of comments on it. Undercarraige was undercoated at some point. New exhaust system. Power windows work, door locks do not. Ac needs charged but works. Has rear heat/Ac as well.

Looking to sell my 1984 toyota fj60. I bought it about a year ago but between school and work I have found I just don’t have time for it. It has a 2f and a 4spd manual. It does run and drive but needs a new battery and there is a leak around the header somewhere. The frame is solid but the body has rust around the tailgate, rear wheel wells, and around the front doors. It has a small oil leak I believe from the rear main seal but I am not positive about that as well as a leak from the front axle seal. The truck will come with a TG rebuild kit for the front axle as well as marlin crawler hd inner seals and bobby long wiper seals still in packaging. Truck has 33” firestone ATs on it. I know the guy selling this rig. It has ZERO rust with original paint that can be buffed out to shine. The boby is in great shape. Spring over axle, 63" chevy springs in rear, cut and turned front axle rebuilt knuckles with marlin seals and all new bearings, Marlin hi-steer, rhino lined floor, solid body, 4.88 gears in rear, front still needs to be swapped to match so it can only be driven in 2wd for now. Brake booster is out so need to push hard to stop. Parking brake barely works but wouldn't trust it. original 2F motor with split t-case. 272k mi. starts and runs fine. carb replaced 2yrs & approx 9,000mi ago. won't smog right now due to cross combustion leak between #1 & #2 cylinders. it has been my daily driver for 10+ years till it wouldn't pass smog. i don't want to let it go but just don't have the time to repair myself and can't bear to pay a shop $2,000 to replace head gasket & rebuild motor.

Great runner here. Spent most its life out west and is well preserved. Bought it from a guy in Michigan and it had some surface rust on the body that I had wire wheeled and POR15'd before replacing dull old paint with a new coat. Desmogged, fluids changed and has a current NC state inspection. A/C works great, has a new battery. Carb/choke can be tricky on cold starts if you don't know how to set it. Procomp tires are like new, ton of meat on them. Interior is in good shape with the exception of the front seats having some rips. It's time I have to sell my FJ60, this was my daily driver up until the Gas prices came up to over $3.50. So I need to get rid of it.
The odometer has about 150k on it but it was disconnected for a while, I am not sure how long. I recently had the the rear main replaced and completely desmoged. It was a California vehicle so the rain gutter has all the rust, the undercarriage is pretty clean. The inside is average with all the crack in the usual places. Call with any questions 616 638 5390
