FJ55 - 1978 Blue/White - Norcal / SF Area
Bought this 55 with the plans to build it to replace my 85 Pick-up. After wheelin my truck this summer I have decided to keep the truck for now. I dont really need the 4 doors or extra space. 2F / 4 speed / all stock right down to the hub caps. Blue (greenish)/white but not original color - original is Red/white. Minimal rust - roof is solid - no carpet - aux gas tank - crap non-stock seat fabric. Could use a carb rebuild I believe, it can be hard to start at times. Drivers door got dented but is currently fix and waiting paint. Confer Roof Rack. Extra Rear 1/4 Panel Glass for both sides. Just looking to get back what I got into this 55. $3600 / obo Here is a pic .................. NEW : Interior pics...
72 FJ55 with 350V8, auto tranny, FJ60 Axles
SOLD---72 FJ55 with 350V8, auto tranny, FJ60 Axles **********SOLD*************** Time to sell my 72 FJ55. I bought it in 1995, sold it to my little brother for a few years, then bought it back. I bought it from a guy that had done a complete conversion on it-- a 350 GM crate engine, a turbo 350 tranny, and an NP 203 T-case. That all has about 70k miles on it. The front axle has a power steering conversion, shackle reversal and twin shock set up. That was all done by fly-n-hi in phoenix. Some of their work was dubious, but most has been trouble free. The biggest dubious thing was they left the FJ55 rear axle in with its 4.11 gearings and put in an FJ60 front axle with 3.74. It took me a while to figure that out. I fixed...

So I bought this 76 piggie off of CL to use as a parts rig...but I just took it for a drive in the mountains and it is just way too solid to part out. I could get a lot more by parting it out, but I really hate to see a solid piggie go to waste! Here are some details: 350 with 4 speed tranny and tcase disc brake front axle very solid doors very solid rear hatch and glass and it works!! all glass good except for windshield interior good and complete, dash pad and glove box door are great! rear seat is in very nice shape. front seat is covered so no idea the shape it is in. all emblems and lights are there, and the lights work. (Have the turn signals in a box) good hood, but they added hooks? also a sun roof...ugh...but this is made...
or Trade? 1976 FJ55 on Rockwells - Utah
Time to renew my efforts on this beast again. I have lowered the price to $10,000 which is a big loss for me but I would like to get it out of my garage before bad weather sits in. I bought this rig about a year ago. At the time my off road interests were in a different place. But now my interests, as well as my life situation have changed and this just isn’t practical for me. I know this isn’t for everyone, but for the right person this could be an incredible rig. I obviously did not do the work on this truck, but I know the guy who did and it was done very well. This is a good solid rig with a ton of potential. Buyer of course will be responsible for pick-up or shipping of the vehicle. I am asking $10,000...

1970 fj55 $2,995 obo
I’ve had this pig for 17 years now and I am sad to let it go. It was my daily driver off-and-on and I had the intention to fully-restore it, but never found enough time (or enough money to pay someone else). This truck runs and drives great for its age and is primarily a stock rig featuring a low-mileage, fully-rebuilt F engine. Needs plenty of work, so it's perfect for someone who wants a trail creeper, project vehicle or needs a great parts rig with a solid engine and major mechanical components. I’m happy to answer any questions and will gladly snap some add’l photos, as needed. Thanks for taking a peek! Specifications • 3-Speed Transmission with Column Shift (3 on the tree) • Original Toyota F Engine (~15k mi on the Full Rebuild)...
Later model FJ55
Up for sale is a later model FJ55. I didn't happen to look at the year. It belongs to a friend of mine who is pulling the engine for another project. It's pretty complete, it even still has the OEM radio. I can get more pics in a few days when I get back over to his place with the camera. I took these with my phone. It's been sitting for years, we put a battery in it, fired it up and drove it a few feet to load it on a trailer. No title, for sale for parts only. Located in Western Colorado. Wheels and tires not included, but may be available for extra. $1100.00

I've got a 1972 FJ55 that's pretty rough inside. Floor is rusted out but the exterior is ok with some low fender rust. The engine turned over several time but no luck getting it to start. I don't have the time to fix this one up. Anyone interested? It's in Utah, 30 miles south of Salt Lake City.

1980 FJ56 Fire Engine for ?
Just testing the waters. This sits in the garage and gets run every few months or so. It is a RHD 1980 FJ56 Fire Engine from Japan. Everything works including the pump and is ultra clean. It has 13,500+/-KM Original or roughly 8+ thouand miles. It runs and drives like new. The tires look to be original or close to it and would need to be replaced before going freeway speeds. The wife and I used it for our wedding and now it just sits. Looking to possibly trade for a 50-60's 4 seat car with fins on the back or a porsche 911 convertable or FJ45 wagon or some other rare cruiser or something the wife would want. I love this truck so not interested in selling it but rather trading it for something more suited to "sunday cruise with the...

I live in Henderson, NV. $2350 OBO within reason. Thank You.
$3600as is exhaust and tires can be added at an additional cost if you are serious as well I would sell the rolling armored shell for a little less I hate to do it but, THIS LIL PIGGY NEEDS A HOME. However, since buyers arent lining up for toys it may likely get to stay in the pen. Really dont want to, especially with not getting to wheel it in its current form. More of a knee surgery kicked my financial ass kinda deal and maybe just a little bit of I found something else :) The "good" 1972 FJ 55 1977 2F rebuilt w/ 0 miles, 3fe headers, new water pump, oil galley plug, new rings, bearings, and gaskets, etc 1976 front disc axle 4spd transmission and *ithink* 3-spd case NEW clutch, TO bearing, etc Machined...
