I've always liked 40s. When I was in high school there was a red 40 that sat abandoned under a carport in McCormick SC. I would always drive by it and want to buy it and restore it (ha! I had no clue what to do though).
Also in high school, there was a 40 at the tire shop in my hometown (Ninety Six). It was always there until this past weekend when I drove by and there is a new(ish) Land Rover Discovery in their shop driveway. I'm hoping that was a customers and not their new truck.
This blue 40 is outside Clinton and I've been staring at it the last few years when I drive down to see my family.
