Come on boys there must be someone close to Tim.korn.99 that owns a HDJ80 or a HDJ81

PLEASEEEEEEEEEE

I'm soooo keen on getting a york into the old girl

Sorry bud, but we didn't get any diesel 80's offered in the states... Had they been available, I assure you that I would own one!

On board york endless air...ahhhhhh

I am in!:clap: I have been researching for awhile and was disappointed in not being able to purchase a kit to install as my fab skills are ok,but time to design, modify and prototype is not in the cards at the moment.

So let me know when you are ready to take orders.

I'm pretty sure that's $325 a piece. He would go bankrupt if he sold them at that huge of a loss.

Was that $325 a piece??? or $325 for all 25???

Im very interested, but for $300 I can do without.

See post #25. Final price, you're looking at $340 for everything. This includes the CNC machined WP pulley (expensive) and all hardware (belt, OEM tensioner assembly, bolts...ect)

Also, I've finalized the assembly jig for these. It was a definite requirement, as I want all of the bolt holes (on the head) to line up perfectly. I know that was an issue on some previous OBA brackets, and I don't want any issues with these.

What else will we need besides the stuff that you are offering?

- A York compressor with the 2-groove v-belt clutch (which is the most commonly found setup)

- All the stuff required to plumb an OBA setup

That's all that I can think of right now.... The kit will come with everything to get your compressor mounted to your engine, and turning.

Tim: Will you be offering just certain pieces if a customer asked for it or does a customer have to buy the whole set up?

Thanks much.

Hey Onur, I could offer just the welded bracket or WP pulley if someone was needing one.

Just PM me with what you're wanting.

I'd like to not get into the whole, "this person wants everything BUT the belt, this person wants everything BUT the bolts, this person wants everything painted pink" ....ect.
That can quickly turn into a headache!

But for the parts that I'm actually making (bracket & pulley), I don't have a problem selling those separately.

Hope that makes sense.

I have a couple of new reman comps....10cfm w/o clutch that I will be letting go cheap...still in the box. I may have a few new clutches as well. Let me find out the number but heres a heads up.
Been waiting a while for this setup. Bye bye CO2

scotia, save one for me!!

Well....got hit with quite a few PMs. All the 10cfm comps are sold. I have only 3 comps left. One is the 8.5cfm and two are 6.5. I have clutches but need to know which dual sheave clutch we will need to run.

Timkorn....what clutch sir.

Now how about using one of these RV-2's cfm. Trying to add pic. Used on 60/70's model chryslers. Over 12cfm....is over 40lbs and uses 15hp. A beast. Found half a dozen of these while looking for the Yorks.

This is my compressor. It shows the correct clutch:

Ok as there are several versions of the double sheave including diameter. A single may work if it has the proper offset.
What is the sheave diameter and the distance from the belt groove that you are using to the front of the compressor.

This is what you're looking for, and is the most commonly found clutch type (image borrowed from Kilby's site). 6" diameter.
