You have access to a fab shop...so jealous:mad:

And yes put LED's in the ARB orange lens!

It sure seems that way when you work with Mike at BIO. I just wish he was closer. For the LEDs lights , I would love to widen and slide some after market LED lights in there. Anyone do this yet ?

I have a front bumper from BIO that I've been running for awhile now. Mike customized it for me and he is great to work with. I have several of his products now and have been very happy with everything so far.

I'm sure there are LED's that fit the size of your ARB marker lights. You might want to check truck lighting here: LED Lights & Accessories - SUPER BRIGHT LEDS

Tried searching... can you post a link for some pics?

I will post some pics tonight. I took a few pictures of the install and was going to put up a short installation thread. I will be posting a build thread soon as well since I've never done one. Just need more free time to put everything together.

Dam it ... its here and the install has started but I cant get the hitch off. PB blaster has been put on ...

It's a sign your truck doesn't want it. Give it to me :)

Wait till sunday. We can have a wrench party

Can't wait for pics

It was all packaged up really nice..

You can tell Mike at BIO has done this before. Everything was bolted down to the pallet wrapped in padded blankets. I have unpacked everything and I have just a little scratch as the forklift guy pushed the pallet on my trailer by the bumper. No big deal as I am sure over time I will get a few more. First impression is wow , this thing is beefy. ..

Trust me the shoe will be on the other foot when I blow my front diff...

5 hours in , one trip to ACC, rear bumper cover off, rusted ass trail hitch off

Two broken rear bolts, two bloody knuckles, one trip to walmart... not enough compressor to run saw.....

Dammm.... pictures to come..I have not even gotten the bumper on yet...

I did see the broken diff at ACC.. man that was something.

started out ok with a little help.

My kids loved helping taking the cover off....

Then several hours later I have some choice words.

Well tomorrow , I will clean up the rear. I have so much mud every where I can hardly believe it. Then a little paint. Then the install...

I hope I dont need those two back mounting holes for anything.... :bang:

I did some measurements and if anyone was wondering the bolt on BIO rear bumper is about one inch shorter then the OEM bumper not including the hitch.

Sounds like my luck. Happy to see the family involvement.

its not on yet. :crybaby: I am like many who start a job thinking the tools I have will work only to be in the middle something and figure out no matter how hard I try they are not going to get the job done. I should have gotten a proper corded sawzall to make the cross member notch. I did paint and prep the rest of my rear end , cut half of the notch .... should have the rest done tonight with test fit of bumper.

with pics.

Well got the cut made .....
