Yes , they are two different extrusions. I have some ready to go in and have yet to decide how to do it. It would be a nice thing to have a one piece strip but it looks pretty tough to do.

Without having one in my hand, I am thinking somewhere in between. I know from experience that those wing window weatherstrips are typically mitered and bonded. Because of tooling this is best done by a capable supplier rather than the end user. That way the process is one of extrusion rather than high pressure molding ($$$$$$$). If a die exists that created the extrusion, then creating the finished product becomes a little bit simpler. Let's hope that this is the case.

Well we know that Robert had some dies made...anyone have a phone number to call him to see if he can help?

I am not web savvy, but if someone knew how to view old web pages, I seem to remember his contact info being on it.

Just a suggestion

I spoke with him last fall as well, and at the time he still had stock.... I sent him an e-mail yesterday and I will let you know if he responds.

just checked SOR and the part # for the kit pictured is available and in stock $39.
is this for the later door?

after looking at my 65, these must be for the later vent window.

He didn't respond to my email, and I was unable to access the cached web page. I did find someone of the same name on linked-in who lives in Phoenix, but didn't try to reach out.

that would be Robert, I'm not sure he has any left..................

for what it's worth, I have samples of the rubber trim he used

I recently got rid of a catalog that had a lot of vintage rubber trim sold by the foot, if I recall correctly, Robert had to purchase "X" amount of the 2 different trim pieces necessary which he in turn cut into appropriate lengths for his kits he sold

if the manufacturer of the trim was identified, perhaps someone could repeat Robert's process?

Nice Sean! Are those extras, or left overs??

I know that Robert use to have pdf's on his website showing the exact dimension need...anyone able to reach him yet?

four? Really. How many trucks you hiding down there. I'll dig and see if I have a # for Robert. I can even try my old paypal transactions. I have the old info from when I got a set from him somewhere in my yahoo acct.
