Put on a new fan clutch, new coolant, adjusted belts, lubed idle pulley, messed with the LSPV (brake valve), fixed some cracked hoses, and butt spliced my #2 knock sensor.

Check engine light off, and the truck drives better than it has since I got it!

Any of y'all that were planning the front axle job ever get it done? If not, I need to get mine done before it's 200 degrees out. Anyone up for teaming up on this, doing 2 at once?

I am willing to help when the time comes.

Ive got the parts for mine... I'd like to help whenever you want to do it

As of 5 minutes ago, Onur has my $$ and I have the parts on the way. Now just gotta get the gear oil (don't think I have much left), diff grease and wheel bearing grease.

Y'all throw out some dates (not Easter weekend for me, please!) and lets set this thing up!!

BTW, anyone got that mongo sized front socket? What is it, a 54mm?

I've got the socket and some pliers, as well. Busy this weekend. Out of town next weekend. Out of town Easter weekend. Wheeling the following weekend at Superlift. In town the next - April 21. If you wanna wait that long, I'm in. If not, I understand :)

Thanks guys, lemme check and see what shakes out, and maybe we can firm something up.

Doin' some wrenching this weekend at JBo's. I don't think he'd be opposed to a few peeps showing up. If so, sorry... :o

On the list:
- oil galley plug on the 62
- clutch spring on Timmy Tacoma

Anyone have any round tube I could make a spare rear driveshaft out of? I'm trying to make a couple spares before GSMTR because both of mine are about 1 stiff breeze away from pretzeling.

Got a front square built already, so I'm good there (lots of material left if anyone is in need of something).

Or, if anyone has any d-shafts around from 85+ trucks that they'd be willing to part with, lemme know.
