MLK Weekend Wrenching

OK, I'm going to finally undertake a front axle rebuild. I am doing it MLK weekend no matter what. Any brave souls down for a wrenching party? Beer, BBQ, and BCC?

I plan on starting tear down Friday. I will have beer on Saturday and a grill. Bring your own meat if you want to grill something. If you want to help install my lift while it's on jacks that would be awesome!

let's do lift before or after....you need to be able to move axle up and down...

If I weren't so far out, I'd be there for sure. As it is, I've got a long laundry list of wrenching to do myself plus schoolwork. If I get frustrated or bored though, I'll see about stopping by. Get it all done and let's do a shakedown somewhere Monday!

Yeah, Saturday is opening day (well, Friday, really, I think...).

Bring little Poops-on-Rocks and Junior Goldie, as well. They'd have a good time watching the horses. And when they're done, have Rachel pick them up and kick it with us! Corned beef sandwhiches are 50 cents, I think, and cokes are 25 cents or so.

No more wrenching! My wife and son are both sick and it is freezing outside! I don't need to be up to my elbows in grease while my family is sick at home.

Lift and tires on, will do front axle when it gets warmer. Probably rear as well since it has never been serviced either in 16 years

I'm wrenching on multiple vehicles all weekend. As always, I know I'm way out in the boonies, but anyone is welcome to come out and use my shop, my tools and my fridge. I'm out there late too, so anytime is fine.
