Wont go into 4Low

I'm looking at a 2006 Cruiser, the dealer says that it won't go into 4low. He is not familiar with Cruisers at all. Of course, the truck is far away so I can't just drop by to check it out. It's just a mechanical lever right? Any thoughts on what could be wrong?

Guy doesn't know how to shift it? Put tranny in N, pull down on t-case lever.

If you like it color, body, interior and no accident offer a price that assume replacement of t-case and linkage, less any other issues found on inspection as well.

Go for test drive alone....
See if you can get it to go into Low....
Then come back and say yeap me either... Use it as leverage to negotiate.

Not a lot that can go wrong with the single arm linkage of a 100 series. Try pulling on it like you got a pair with it in neutral.
