during the week i give advice,on the weekends its pure trash talk. i could spam this with pointless memes if it helps :D

but no, i would suggest the same thing that has been posted. if not the FL then move to NSS or fuel issues.

My gut says fuel, what should I check??

Without a CEL, nothing will happen. That tells the ECU that it's ready to run.

Check the EFI relay as stated.

Correct, it's not getting fuel because the ECU is not telling it to turn on the pump while it's cranking. So....electrical.

Fuse
Relay
Sensor

Check your fuses?

Swap out the efi main relay under the hood. Should be a spare in the driver's side kick panel if you need one. Think that and the am2 fusible link is your best bet for no cel. Without cel light you have no ecu which means you have no fuel or spark. You can jump those fusible links with a wire to make sure you didn't get a crap set of links.

I see 2 in the driver foot well, which one can I pull to swap with the one under the hood ?

The one that has the same part number.

The brake light relay I think it is.
Check your owners manual for location of the relays in both places. (or the FSM)

It's the DEFOG relay

Swapped the 3 with the same part numbers around with the one under the hood and still nothing???

Seriously. What else got changed. Let's look at where you touched, bumped, kicked, beat on, and made different.

You jumped the links yet? What year is this?
He had a new set, then just replaced them in the last half hour with another new set. No change.

Seriously all I did was park it in the garage put it on jack stands removed the wheels and put them back. I lowered it slowly except for one wheel but wasn't violently lowered then I tightened all the lugs and went to move it and she wouldn't start.

Do you have a multimeter to check battery voltage?

Also may look at jumpering the fuel pump to hear it run, through the relay.
