I need help Legends....94 triple locked LC that won't start...so let me say this 1st....changed fuseable link...replaced EFI relay...new fuses....new coil....no CEL with just key on no start...tach is also not moving and has done this before but let it sit overnight and went out and just started...go figure....oh what should I do next..fuses on drivers footwell?...some relay?....I would really like to solve this issue...and I am sure there is a post here and I will get alot of smart ass answers..lol...need a chuckle now and then...TIA

If there is no CEL light on the dash with the key in the on position, then something ain't right with the fusible link. At least that is my understanding. You can test with a voltmeter that the fusible link is getting power.

No CEL with the key in the ON position before cranking the starter indicates that the ECU is not in a "ready state" and this engine will not fire.
Most common causes: one of the 3 fusible links, EFI main relay, 15 amp EFI main fuse, 7.5 amp IGN fuse, short in the AFM, faulty connection on connector EB1.

The expert has spoken. I have read @jonheld's no start, no cel comments on so many threads, but I I never feel like I have this simple circuit solidly engrained in my head to go beyond it being a problem with the fusible link. I, and probably everyone who own's and 80 would be well served to memorize his response above and study the corresponding EWD until it is baked into our brain circuitry.

Problem seemed to be the EB1 connector, wiggled it and started right up, wiggled it and shut right off, cleaned connector as wires were ok and not fraed.
THANK YOU for your wisdom! Will keep monitoring it and hope it stays away, if not will replaced the connectors.

Keep in mind that there are 3 different EB1 connectors depending on the year.
