drawing and bushing dimensions sent.

I have a black hawk 30mm rear sway bar but I'm not sure there is a standard size bushing for these across manufacturers. But bushings aren't that costly.

I'll check as soon as I get back

60’s didn’t come with sway bars in the US. 62‘s did and they bolt up nicely to a 60.

@NLXTACY do you know if your caps will work with whiteline beefy (rear) sway bars? i really want to order a set but wondering if this will mesh together. Maybe another mudder can chime in please @landtank ? Thank you

Can anyone on here comment if these would work on the 100 series? I know the rear axles of the 80 and 100 are similar, but I don't know if that extends to the location of the sway bar bracket. Any help would be appreciated.

Testing on a vehicle that sees more abuse than my truck :(

Clears the e-brake cable just fine.

I’m a little late to respond here. Today is the first I saw this thread. Thanks @NLXTACY for responding and responding quickly to my request for something that wouldn’t deform so easily when sliding over rocks.

I’ve been running the prototype set Joey sent to me and without issue. I don’t do as much rock crawling as I used to but these have a couple runs on them. I agree that steel would stand the test of time better if you find yourself on the rocks many time a year.

My rear pinion is rotated up toward the transfer case in order to run a DC shaft. Doing that caused my sway bar clamps to basically face the ground and therefor come into contact with earth much more often. Mine have taken a few hits as you can see. If a steel version were available, I’d go for a set. It looks like the retention hardware has become rusted. How about Stainless hardware with this kit???

New member of the sway bar caps family. Few weeks back purchased these but had to contact @NLXTACY because the bolts were too short from my front sway bar drop brackets. He told me to contact McMaster Carr for longer bolts.

Now front and rear are Wits'End cap'd

Note: Hex head bolts WILL NOT 🚫 work. The Hex heads do not fit inside cutout.
