? Isn't it the obligation of ever man to pursue income for the relief of himself and his family while doing something he loves? The way I see it, any person selling something can only garner that which another individual is willing to pay thereby identifying the value. What's with all the hate? As a society do we criminalize flipping houses? No! I'm a contractor and I don't charge for what I do, I charge for what I know. When selling a rehabilitated property I collect market value, no more, no less. I don't think it's fair to price the persons labor, they identified something they considered worth more than asking and took the risk and purchased the item. If they sell for a profit good for them. On the other hand, failure to disclose known issues would in fact be unethical.
Thought provoking, yes, unethical, not even a little.
