Why does every bumper look the same?

There's really no way to get more approach than what my Trail Tailor bumper has unless you never want a winch or remove your fenders. Even then, the tow point frame ears will hit first or the kdss linkage on the driver's side. Its hard to judge absolute approach angle because you can approach any obstacle at a slight angle and drastically increase approach due to nearly 90% and of the front of the tire exposed.

That's pretty sweet for a non-bull bar bumper. I really like the way the skid plate integrates with it. And I've always been a fan of painted bumpers (obviously). Love the almost-factory look.

But WTF is with the hood ornament on the white LC???

LOL, the hood ornament i believe are what you would see on a lot of 70 series Cruisers. Not 100% sure, but almost every modern 7x series I have seen has had that hood ornament.

I really like this one, the polished trims matches the LC200 very well... then again I might be the only person on this forum that does not plan on blacking out anything, I like the chrome trim. Its made by Rhino 4x4, I've been chatting with them but don't have any pricing info yet.

Germany stopped putting hood ornaments on their Mercedes long ago...after it became something akin to a "sport" to cut off and collect as many as people could collect. I remember when I was in Berlin in '89, -every single Mercedes ornament was missing/cut off that I saw...and Mercedes were everywhere.
