Pretty much only the Landcruiser 74 series from 85-90. The BB23 Coaster and the BU62 Dyna had the 13B, same engine, no turbo.
If you are engine hunting , I would look for a 15B.

What is the availability for spares like for the 13BT motor, especially in NZ and OZ?

There is no dealer support and the availability of OEM spares is poor to non existent. There is a good range of aftermarket parts but not everything is covered.
The best way to find them now is to get a part number and put it into google and see what it comes up with.
This is why I think B engine aficionados are probably better off with Dyna and Coaster 14B and 15B. They seem to be easier to get new and used parts for and some of them share major components with Hino engines.

When was the first year for a turbo in the Dyna?

If I am not mistaken, the first one was the 14BT produced on 1984.
I am really not sure if the 13BT was used on the Dyna. The 13BT seem to be used only on the Land Cruiser BJ71&74.

How about the 1PZ and 1HZ motors? Is the spares situation the same as the 13BT?

PZ and HZ parts support is far, far better. I haven't really struggled with finding parts for my 13BT but in saying that, the shop i use is damn good and I love a challenge when it comes to chasing parts!

How about the 1PZ and 1HZ motors?

The 1PZ is probably going to be the hardest to find parts for. Its a 5cyl version of the 1HZ and was only in production for 3 years. Anything unique to a 1PZ is virtually non attainable. Its a pity as it wasn't a bad replacement for the 3B in Toyotas line up.
1HZ is the best for parts among the diesels and will probably stay that way till batteries take over.

Hello josh , how are you , iam a Toyota 13Bt owner for over 8 years now some parts are extremely hard to find especially a good in-line injector pump , original head etc , other parts in Australia are reasonably easy to get you must have a dam good contact , best regards peter

Things like injection pump parts are usually available for a long time as Denso seem to keep them in stock long after Toyota have given up.

Hi thank you for your reply. Good to know , this motor the 13bt was imported into Australia from Japan , I was told it came out of a landcruiser, so I did some research , this particular Toyota 13Bt engine only came out of a Bj74 1985-86 , due to an engine rebuild for warranty purpose the pump and injectors needed to serviced , the injector pump had been serviced and injectors replaced quite some time ago I was told the pump.
Needed to be Reconditioning ,parts had to come from Hong Kong!!!
The 13Bt pump Id plate said it was a 70s series
The Bundera came out with a 13Bt as well ,, the pump was set back to factory settings , it will not rev above 3200 rpm in. Nuteral loosing power up bill and leaning out, thanks for your time .
