If you live near any of the Mud vendors like Kurt, IPOR, Slee, etc, they should be able to get you one at a the best prices out there.
If you have a 4 Wheel Parts near you, they carry it and you can save a bunch on shipping picking up in store. The bumper will be a little more than the Mud vendors, but I got mine from them when they had a 10% coupon and got it for under $800 picking up directly from the store.
