2013 Panamint Valley Days! Great time. Towed the trailer out 307+ miles, wheeled for 3days then towed the trailer back! Zero issues =) Proof that Toyota's can do it all!

what model passport?

Nice man!!!

Camping at Jenny Jump (NJ)..had my brother with me..he stayed in the tent and I tested out sleeping in the 80..I need some better padding!! The window screens work really well..just the grip that holds carpet on wood floors. i had no bugs in side the truck. Also had the chance to test out my little Biolite; gets hot quick and does a decent job at charging the phone!

It does "pretty" well. It handles the weight fine. I've got electric brakes so no probs stopping.

You do feel it on the hills. The grades around here and Northern Idaho will slow it down. I shift down to 2nd and go up the hills at 4500rpm which works well if you've got some momentum. If you have to slow down mid climb, or can't get a run at the hill it's tough to accelerate.

Your Niagra weighs about 600lb more than my Sun Valley, I think that will be noticable. Time for a supercharger...

I'm re-geared to 4.56 which will help some, but I can already tell towing it around the valley that it will be slow. What is your mountain pass speed? (how fast can you maintain over longer mountain passes?)

In 2nd gear I'm turning 3800 RPM at 55mph. It holds that no problem.

If you have to slow down mid climb you're screwed though.
