Have fun! Takin' the family camping for four days up in the White Mountains. Won't be much wheelin', just relaxing, and trying not to freeze. Hoping there's still some color left in the trees...

Depends on what area you go to, but many of the trees are black.

Check back in about 7-8 hours.... either that or a PM will come your way ;)

I was right on the money for timing :smokin:  See you there!

:lol::lol: We'll have enough time to drive around.
For those who have not had the experience, driving around for miles and miles in the burn areas is very depressing, but also encouraging to see all the new growth and wildlife. We were there Labor Day Weekend 2011. John

One of the finest example of a Crested Saguaro cactus is on the road to Sheeps Bridge.

Nice to meet you all... even though I didn't wheel with you. I stopped by at the general store to say Hi. We did do Red creek today and your right it was a hand full. However no straps or winches were needed. I think it is best as an over night trail however as the time to get there does't leave any play time.

Great dorkel-shot for the record books!

How was the water flowing? Deeper than a few weeks ago? Looks like a good time, and the Fajita photo gave me some ideas for next weekend's lunch plans...

Trailer testing was in effect on the trip out and back. I have video to post with the water at the top of the trailers fender (~31").

Side bar - The trailer performed great with zero water inside after 6 various water crossings and no dust to boot.
