Well it looks like its going to be an awesome weekend with a sprinkling of rain!! :D

So anyone up for a run this weekend? I don't want to propose a place since it would be nice to go someplace I have not been to before :hmm:
Anyhow I am game for either Saturday or Sunday or both with an overnight camp-out ?

So........... Post up your suggestions and let's get out and so some wheeling and fun!! :steer:

As far as the trail difficulty itself, I have been itching for a challenge :steer: but the point is to get out, so post up!!!

I posted at the same time as Phil and my post got trumped!
I mentioned Telegraph Canyon as day run being pretty cool in a light rain and also offers challenges of choice on the Ajax end.

I've got Sam excited about going camping - -this isn't my weekend though. I'm more up for a day trip this weekend

Now now kids!! :hillbilly:
No need to fight! :D If we go Saturday whomever wants to overnight can stay and explore further Sunday, and nothing stopping the others from coming back same day :hmm:

Salt River Canyon was bad a$$ last time, and with slight rain and all it should be amazing! then again never been to Telegraph Canyon :meh:

I'd rather do the overnight.. A campfire + Campfire food and a cold  sound really good right now!

Not sure if it will affect the Telegraph Canyon area, but there is a big 4x4 event near Florence this weekend. I know they are running up in the Box Canyon area, so keep an eye out for heavy traffic. John

Ohh Kay...

Check back in about 7-8 hours.... either that or a PM will come your way ;)

Looks like someone should plan a "planned / organized" run for early November so no wheelers' are left behind :)

Anyone?

Early November? I was not invited...

Right now is my favorite time of year on the rim. Weather is cool but not to cold. Not sure where else with in a couple drive of the valley your going to see fall colors that include maples. I do this annually.
