My truck is completely torn down and getting stripped for paint. I came across this circular pressure valve looking item and not sure what it goes to. Im assuming its a passenger foot horn... Any help please.

Passenger side foot well? Hard to tell but is that the "teq" kanji on there? What is the truck? US domestic or other?

Yes pass side foot well. 1984 fj60 North America market truck, And yes it says tea on it. Also it has a vacuum sized hose that leads into the engine bay

That's a fresh air filter for the distributor. Port on the filter passes through the firewall and a hose connects that to one of the nipples on the top of the distributor.
