Also what is the pickup sensor from the bellhousing for? is for the tacho or the odometer?
That would be a light that illuminates the knobs on your dash at night. It comes on with your parking lights/headlights.
Have you tried the "search" function yet? It is amazing how much trivia and historical information that has been discussed and hashed out out over the last 12-13 years. Not to even mention the thousands and thousands and thousands of tech articles and modifications that an be found in the data base.

This is control knobs light. It's has green plastic and not very transparable. Regular bulb will be a bit dim on my liking, do I got directional LED there.
Yhe pickup sensor on the bell housng is for a tach (diesel aplication only)
