148k oil change during lunch today.

Pro tip this parmesan cheese container is the perfect fit for Bud Built skids.

Interested to hear how that works out and where you got it. Thanks!

So far it’s working great, it’s expandable and holds what I need.

Time for the 4000 mile oil change… this 200 always got it with max 4k and the cheapest oil you can find that is within the specs so I’ll also keep this.
Drain and filter change is only 10min and the rest of the hour I always spend to find out if I put too much oil…

Built a sleeping platform and storage for our first camping trip of the season. Took all day and it’s 100 degrees here. Almost finished, just need to carpet the small exposed parts and build the 2 side filler pieces for a clean look.

Or maybe i leave the two sides unfilled so i can shove beach chairs in there, they'd fit in that slot.

Spliced in some LED strips to replace the lights from the factory steps. Found them from a poster here.

Pic of where you put the lights? I was actually looking to do this!

Mine are on the other side of the pinch weld, facing the middle of the car. I'll try to get some pics today.

Wasn't sure what kind of light pattern it would make, but I like how it turned out.

You got a pic of what it looks like at night?

Ah i see it, i thought about moving it on the other side of the pinch weld but got lazy. I think i'll leave mine where they are for now.

Looks really good. I was stationed in Norfolk and enjoyed my time in the Mid Atlantic.

Last week I ditched the fridge and converted my @TrekboxX to Dog mode for my two golden retrievers on our trip to New Mexico. Repurposed the kaon divider as a barrier and it worked out nicely. The dogs loved having the portable fan on the drive as well. I have the kaon side panels which would have made this a lot more "kennelish" but I think they enjoyed the better view.
