looks great and the fit appears to be better then the escape gear cover. I had to modify the escape gear cover in order for it to not interfere with the hinges. Still requires too much force to close for my liking. How is it opening and closing the center council with this cover installed ?

l don’t really notice I have to close it harder than normal. The material seems good. The LC lettering may not hold up and I would rather not have any lettering. But it’s saving the console from the 🐶 s.

Learned where not to put the ipad you are using OBDFusion on to monitor trans fluid temp for a drain/fill and level check.

Forgot about it on the tire, it fell off and got rolled over when I pulled forward off the ramps. Note the tire tread on the screen of the case.

AND.. it still works perfectly.

Was planning on selling it to get one with more storage for maps.. this is the one I use Gaia on for trips. Crap.

Maybe I'll upgrade to a 10.2 now.

Oh and the basic trans drain/fill. might start doing this every 15k.

Wasn't ready to commit (financially or otherwise) to a full roof rack so I opted for a Yakima Offgrid.

Very easy setup/mount and the noise honestly isn't that discernable... Pleasantly surprised as matter of fact, expected much worse from what others describe certain racks.

Bought a spare to closely match circumference of the 305/55s. Thinner by 1.2" as well. Cheap Arturo AT in a 275/60. Removed the spare tire brace/bracket/support thingy as the spare didn't fit within it's confines anyway, just sat on top of it. Didn't take any measurements but maybe gained another 1/2" in tuck?

Hacked together version 2 of of the 80/20 roof rack. I think I nailed it this time. No noise, lots of utility, and I think it's coming in under $300. It's 48" x 48" of usable rack space on LC factory rails. I'll do I write up after LCDC. Took lots of ideas from other members. My favorite feature is is the perfectly matched cargo tie downs that fit on a 2x1 80/20 rail. All you prinsu owners will appreciate this...

Looking forward to this writeup!

Finally put together the Ram mount for phone and Ham and ran external antenna. Works well and pleasantly surprised little to no movement around town. Ill see how it holds up during LCDC.

Added the parts breakdown I used.
