Finally got the rear bumper done! @reevesci did an awesome job! He took the extra time to install perfectly and most importantly met all my requests. Retain reflectors, align to body lines, custom cut outs for rear camp lights, retained mud flaps and all while being strong. Will get it powder coated black, install lights and put sensors back in. I have additional edge trim that will fill gap under tailgate once PC. Gained about 3" in clearance and there is 1/4" gap from bumper to plastic. Long 8 hour round trip but well worth it!

NICE!! Are you gonna powdercoat? What color?

Did some electrical work this weekend. Ran constant power to the rear for the ARB fridge and some Blue Sea 12v outlets. Up front mounted the Blue sea USB charging port and the switch for the Blue Sea ML-ACR. Still messing with the dual battery setup. Also got the Switch Pro mounted and cables run.
How did you mount the switch panel? Did you have to cut anything? Did you relocate your center diff locker button?

Dropped the bumper off at the PC. Based on their recommendation and @reevesci i went with a light textured 20% black. They said it holds up well to scratches and scrapes. Also easy to touch up vs the polished gloss black. My sliders are showing some signs of rust where I have scrapped(yes my sliders get used :)) over time I will get the sliders PC to match rear and once the front ARB needs to be redone I'll match as well.

@TRD Burglar, my center diff lock button is on the left side, so I didn't have to relocated it. I just removed the blanks and mounted the switch pro using the two brackets that came with it.

Added some LED's next to the fogs. I can swivel them out to the side pretty good. I'm thinking they might work kinda like a ditch light. We shall see.

Had an alignment done today at a Toyota dealership and they couldn't get one one of my LCA cam bolts loose. Anyone have any suggestions on how I can get this unstuck? They quoted me $1,400 to fix it. I didn't get a detailed break down of what the work would involve but I'm assuming that would include a new LCA.

What happens when you use these as running lights and use the brakes? Do they get brighter?

Yes, they get brighter with the brake lights. I consider it a safety upgrade, the more people can see me stopping the less likely they will hit me (hopefully). I can try to get a video of the lights in action up this weekend, or PM me your # and I can text it to you.

I tried looking this up for you but I couldn't find it. @arich , didn't you have to replace your control arm bolts do to seizing?

Didn't have the issue with my cruiser but with my 88 BMW 635 most the suspensio bolts were seized, soaked the bolts/nuts with some rust remover, end of the day sprayed again, once more the next morning and went at it with an air gun. Out of peace of mind and since all the rubber, bushings and suspension parts were shot I replaced everything. If you won't replace the bolt cleaning the threads with a tap set or just a wire brush should suffice if they aren't damaged.

^^^
that is just awesome!

Paint or wrap?

Put on Trail Tailor's recovery points.
