I need to find a set of RWs. There's a local set in Denver that seems to have some damage from the wrong lugs being used on them, but the price is right. Are these trucks lug-centric or hub-centric?

I believe the wheels are hub-centric and I talked to that guy a while back. They were from the lugs not being tightened and then driving on loose lugs which bore out the lug holes. I would probably be weary of using that wheel and passed on that set.

FWIW, this is the conical lug set that I needed purchase to install the RW wheels on my 200.

That is the official set of lugs which most of us running RWs are using, though a few have used aftermarket lugs. ~145 from the dealer with modest employee discount. Little known fact....these are made of ultra rare metals to justify the price.

I thought these weren't being made anymore?

Did I get bad info, or do you guys have some secret for finding them?

I bought a set of 5 last month from Russel Toyota in Catonsville, MD. According to dealer inventory, there were 83 in stock nationwide - then 78. But, the production date on the wheels is November of 2015 and supposedly they were discontinued after that; the TRD Tundra Rock Warrior model itself was announced as discontinued in August 2013. Official part number is PTR45-34120.

Installed 275/70 ko2's had to remove both mud flaps in front and in back of the front wheels.
There is a bid difference in comfort between the 285/60 and the 275/70 ko2s, the 70 are much more comfortable and absorb much better the very small bumps on the road must be due to the bigger sidewall.
Very happy with it.

^^^ define wedge if you would be so kind. Not following.

Pic above is a dropped diff "kit" and advisable, if you lift your 200. Not too be found in the USA (from cursory look) Ordered from Oz. Quality, good shi t and well reviewed since the inception of 200's, in Oz at least. They oughta know, I reckon. Would advise adding this if you lift your junk.

Not that particular kit, but you can buy one from @aMiR904 if you need a diff drop. I've been running one for about 2 years.

I've been waiting on mine from Amir for over a year now....running a partial Tundra kit to keep the CVs happy.

What's taking so long?

Rock Warriors installed! I used to wonder what all the fuss was about these, but they really do make the 200 look like a different truck.....

Looks great, and I love the 'laces out' option you chose!
