Ideally without removing the dash?
What do I need to unplug to get the TRAC, VSC OFF, and ABS lights to go away on my dash?

I was just going to say "remove the bulbs"....but your qualifier eliminates that. 
But really...the bulbs. The dash is pretty straightforward to remove. I found instructions on here--but from memory, you just pull one chunk of trim, then the two big screws holding the cluster in, and it comes right out. (a bit of fighting around the steering wheel in my case)

Look at his build.... probably has no use for any of that stuff anymore. Guy built a hardcore rock crawler out of his truck.

Those bulbs are triggered by that ECU. At least according to a 2007 EWD.
I had my ABS/VSC/ATRAC module out for repair and lost the brake booster and therefore brakes.
Pretty sure that if the main engine ECU can't communicate with the ABS ECU, it will light all the lights you are seeing. That's at least how I remember it on my 2000 from a few weeks ago.
